The Company 

Our client are one of Ireland’s largest suppliers of laboratory technology & services, exclusively representing many of the world’s leading brands in General Laboratory Equipment, Chromatography, Spectroscopy, Microscopy, & Lab Workflow software.  Customers are primarily larger pharma/biopharma, research, academia and specialist manufacturing.  With several sales & application teams working across their product divisions, their Services Division employs over 40 people, representing a significant percentage of the company’s total revenue. They wish to appoint a Head of Services to lead this division.

 

The Role

This role will sit within the senior management team & will be responsible for managing all aspects of the services business in Ireland.  Defining, implementing & leading the future growth & strategic planning for the business, this will involve leading several field service teams & team leaders across all disciplines. Also, along with P&L responsibility including leading Services Sales function, the role will overlay with quality team & collaborate with other divisions.
