Holding an Msc in Occupational Psychology from Queens University, Colette has held senior HR roles within Dell Computers, Dairygold and Olympus where she focused on recruitment and compensation benefits.
She joined the recruitment industry directly in 2003, going on to set up and run Flexforce, sourcing Engineering Talent for large manufacturing companies.
With Pinnacle Colette again focuses on the manufacturing sector drawing on her combined 20 years’ experience in both HR & recruitment to connect great people with great companies.
