The Position

This is a senior account management / Sales Engineer position with responsibility for a small portfolio of major global customers who operate large manufacturing facilities in Ireland. You will be responsible for 4 to 5 global accounts who have a significant presence, investment & yearly spend here in Ireland.  

Working closely with the global account management team, leadership plus the local sales operation, the Major Accounts Manager will ensure both revenue objectives are achieved along with coordination of all local customer support & service obligations, ensuring the wider organisation is aligned around the needs of each customer.

The company provides a comprehensive & structured product training programme, so individuals with any type of aligned technical background can be considered – mechanical, electrical, automation, production, general manufacturing etc. 

Responsibilities will include:

Build relationships across engineering, maintenance, procurement, operations and project teams through to senior management.

Identify upcoming projects, capital investment and automation opportunities.

Coordinate with global account management, product specialists and local technical teams to ensure customers receive a consistent and high level of support.

Work with OEMs, machine builders and project engineering teams.
