With sales in excess of €10bn per year and over 50,000 employees employed worldwide, our client are one of the world’s largest engineering brands involved in the manufacture & distribution of process & electrical control instrumentation, fluid management, & process filtration applications used across the pharmaceutical, medical device, aerospace & general manufacturing sectors. Well established in Ireland, they wish to appoint a Customer Service Specialist

The Role


The role will involve assisting customers in all aspects of their engagement with the company, from initial product ordering, tracking, resolving queries and engagement internationally across other company divisions to insure customers receive an outstanding level of service. Keen to speak to individual with an engineering or scientific background/interested who maybe be interested in a more customer orientated career within engineering & life sciences. Role requires strong communication experience plus familiarity with CRM systems.
