The Company

Client are a world leader in the manufacture & supply of energy efficient power management technologies.  Employing over 50,000 people across 170 counties, they’ve annual sales in excess of €15 billion per annum.  As a  partner of choice for the majority of Tier 1 Date Centres in operation across Ireland & Europe, sustainability is at the core of what they do. Their next gen power technologies will lead the green energy revolution with products including  LV/MV electrical distribution, transmission & control plus UPS / back up power & plant management systems.  They wish to appoint a Key Account Manager / Sales Engineer. 

The Role

Reporting to the EMEA Sales VP, this role sits within and collaborates with a large international sales team responsible for management of their Global Data Centre Accounts.  This involves leadership of high value project pursuits, coordinating with tendering, presales & technical teams in order to deliver winning  bid strategies. Day to day will see engagement directly with Data Centre  end users plus  the larger mech/elect consulting engineering houses & contractors.  Keen to speak with individuals with an electrical engineering background, strong familiarity with the data centre landscape, target orientated with strong influencing skills.
