The Company 

Our client are one of Ireland’s largest laboratory supply companies with a respected heritage in providing analytical & biotechnology capital equipment, consumables and services to the Pharmaceutical, MedTech, Academic and general industry sectors. Representing world leading manufactures, they’ve had year on year double digit growth and wish to appoint a Sales Specialist / Product Manager to their Chemicals business

The Role

Working within the chemical division, the Chemical Sales Specialist involves supporting both customers & other sales teams within the company. Day to day this includes advising customers on both reagents, laboratory &  industrial chemicals along with working on high value tenders, handling sales calls plus day to key account management. Based from their Dublin offices, suitable candidates will likely have a chemistry background coupled with strong communication skills.

The Rewards

It’s nice role in that it’s not new business sales focused – more so working with their existing customer base & to become the “go to” person for all chemical queries. On offer will be a good base salary in line with experience plus bonus plan. Will likely suit someone either in a similar role or perhaps someone currently working in a lab or similar & looking for something with more of a commercial focus.
