The Company

 Our Client are a well-known German manufacturer and provider of industrial automation solutions- end to end automation lines, robotics, vision, control systems, safety etc. Employing over 2000 people across 40 countries they invest 20% of profit into research & development, currently completing a state of the art research & development centre in Germany which will be developing the next generation of automation technologies.  In Ireland they employ over a 100 people across engineering, support & services with a dedicated lab to show case their technology & industry solutions to customers.  Along with their own tech, they partner with some of best hardware brands in robotics’, vision etc. 

The Role

They are looking to appoint a Senior Sales Engineer responsible for leading high value project pursuits within the manufacturing sector – Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Tech manufactures, Aerospace & general industry.  Role will involve leading senior level engagements, identifying high value opportunities & formulating a win strategy.  Suitable candidates will have a manufacturing background plus third level qualification, have strong influencing skills, high ambitious levels with a customer focus that will inspire confidence  It’s a field-based position so location flexible – likely Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway etc.
